Wroth help

I am off to the London next week with the family. my Mum wants for all the family to do a open top bus ride around all the sights.

Are these bus rides any good? If so what one would be the best if there is a choice.

also is it worth going to the London dungens? Or Madam Tussards? The train company is offering 2for1.
