If you really want a Mac (with all its MacOS s**tness (you may wish to try LINUX LINUX LINUX LINUX LINUX)), then the best test to decide between the three for you is probably portability. How often is it going to move around and outside the house?
Never? Buy an iMac or Mac Mini if you've got a spare monitor, keyboard and mouse.. Every day? Air. Occasionally? Macbook Pro.
