There's no inbetween with KP. Either he's stunningly brilliant, or absolutely appalling. No middle ground. Thankfully he most often plays his brilliant best when England most need him to. Sometimes I just wish he'd play to his absolute potential when the pressure isn't on. That said, it's much more rewarding when he's dug us out of a big hole.

I feel that at 33, it's time to start looking beyond him and find another precocious middle order batsman for England's future.
