loads of things to consider when bringing in a player

not sure what they are exactly as i haven't done any fifa coaching courses or fa management doo dars or been involved in the game professionally for my entire career. but, i reckon there will be "loads of things" to consider, when bringing in a player. wages for example. there's one straight off the top of my head. i doubt chris hughton goes up to mcnally with his laptop and says "have a look at this dude on youtube mister mcnall,y can you stump up 8 milion dinaros for him please?". mcnally would hit him on the head with his ruler and show him the door. football management isn't that simple anymore. people should realise this.
