is the heatwave just in london then?

i reckon that 8 million figure could be an exaggeration as well as some of them will be on holiday or visiting relatives out of london. some will be on training courses in other parts of the country and quite a few will be partaking in further education in universities and colleges in other parts of the country and overseas as well. then there are the pilots that live in london who are flying planes and that. so, 8 million is over-egging the pudding a bit mister hawes.
