If you have a Garmin GPS watch, it will record all the details of your run

You can then install a plugin to your browser called Garmin Connect and upload the data from your watch.
It shows you your route, elevation, pace, distance, mile splits, everything. The plugin then presents all this nicely, and includes other stuff like what the temperature and conditions were like so you have a full history of all your runs. It's really good.
