The most poignant moment in the Sopranos for me *SPOILER*
is when he is living through that dream sequence as a travelling businessman after he is shot by Junior. It looks like he might be approaching consciousness and so - in the dream - he sits in his hotel room and, symbolically, tries to phone his wife, but can't.
The episode ends and 'When I'm Cold I'd Like to Die' by Moby comes on.
I think if I watch that episode now I'll cry a river.
