I saw something similar yesterday morning....

....well not really. But there I was having a coffee in the garden when I heard a rustling behind me. I look and see this cat scrambling in mid air, just before it crashed face first into my plastic dustpan, shattering it (the dustpan). The thing had fallen off a third floor balcony. Wham. Got up. Looked a it embarrassed. Then freaked out, ran in the house bleeding over the floor and hid in my fireplace. Turns out it was fine and just cut its lip on the dustpan. So like I said, almost exactly the same.
