i think prices dont help but,

when i was in Spain earlier in the year we were sitting in a bar with our friends we saw a few english tourists staggering around, completely of their heads, bottles of beer there were a euro a bottle, and that isn't even a tourist area! It's a tough one, personally i think 24hr drinking is a good thing, although i wont be around here to much longer to experience it.
