Good point,

here in Bruxelles, alcohol is cheaper than England, but it is also nicer. I an easily sit on Place du Bonaparte, par example, and ENJOY a glass of Leffe or Chimay. I don;t need to down pints of Carling or some other tasteless English muck to have a good time. The price is a factor, mais, there are other cultural differences taht will only change over time.
