...had a floor laid. Been out and just got back and the thing ripples more than the Wensum with Chaz performing a syncronised top bombing display with the Roly Polies; frankly it is a s**t job...

Have paid half up front; he's coming back tomorrow to get paid - what rights do we have to refuse unless he puts right?..

Or get our money back (our preferred option)..

Have we been stung?..
