Watford are a feeder club for Udinese, like Granada in La liga

I expect Vydra may get another season at Watford before disappearing off to Italy, if successful. They will get more signings which are young and being readied for the Udinese 1st team. If they get up, the loans maybe made permanents with Udinese getting first dibs on the cream of the crop.
