obviously I hope CP win the playoff final as they wont have much money to spend and look to have the most to do in terms of squad quality once.
I dont think Hull will make the same mistakes they did before with huge contracts to the likes of Bullard which really hurt them.
Again they don't look deep in the quality dept and will have to spend huge.
Cardiff might spend but look to need 4 or 5 quality signings to just compete.
Last year you could see that Southampton and West Ham had decent quality and would add to that with wealthy owners.
So far on paper, next years PL is looking slightly easier than this seasons.
