What level of success does Hoots have to attain for the club, for him to be adored as much as Lambert was? Despite the squeaky bum-ness of the past few weeks, I can remember thinking what a poisoned challice it was to take over from Lambert - nowhere near Moyes/Ferguson stakes but still a hard act to follow. Hoots is a class act and a top man. Hopefully this time next year we'll all appreciate him all the more.
