In terms of realistic transfer targets, which team would you prefer to go down...
Sunderland, Villa or Wigan?
I think the mackems players, such as Fletcher and AJ, might be on silly money, so that could be a problem for us. Mignolet would be a good back up keeper but he has proved himself to be a good prem number one, so I doubt he would come here.
Villa have a few good young players but I'd imagine the likes of Benteke would be out of our reach. I wouldn't want any of their defensive players, barring maybe Lowton, but left back is a priority over right back for us anyway.
I think Wigan have some good midfielders such as McArthur, McCarthy and McMannaman. Kone would also be a good option to have up front. The keeper Joel looks good too, but he's only on loan there.
