It's important you keep on the meds mate

If you think some are affecting you badly talk to the quacks about it - my Dad has slightly different issues but is on a whole bunch of meds and is constantly discussing the regime with the docs and they listen and help him; but they're experts in what combinations work and what might trigger an incident.

The other thing is you need to some extent to follow what they're telling you or you risk ending up on a Section and you really don't want (or need) that.
