I was on a local Northern Rail train service shuttle earlier

A bunch of posh teemage hockeyists from South were obviously doing what I was doing a taking a circuitous but quicker route from Sheffield to Peterborough and got caught using a YP Railcard that was 14 months out of date. They tried to sweet talk their way out of it (obviously worked for the rest of the year), thinking the ticket guy was a bit simple. When that didnt work, having gained the attention of fellow passengers, they started to argue and get shouty. Bad mistake.

The whole train started on the Poshers - calling them everything under the Sun with brilliant South Yorkshire bluntness. They got chucked off in the middle of nowhere at some tiny station.

Brilliant.
