Well done for having the courage to hold your hands up and admit you were over the line. I don't think it was the reference to anal sex that was the issue - hardly an uncommon thing to find on here - but the thought that to get over frustration men would shove it up their wife's back passage without consultation let alone consent. That may well not be what you meant but it was the way it read, at least to me and it seems to others too.

As Frank Luntz says, it's not what you say that counts, it's what other people hear.

I don't think you need to stop posting - we've all overstepped the mark in various ways in different places (certainly not just online!), and the important thing is to learn from it and move on. I can think of plenty who'd not even acknowledge their error so well done for the way you've come at this (no pun intended) this morning.
