1. It is unlikely that we would be getting better results under a new manager with the currently fit squad as JJ and Jim B as a central midfield pairing is woeful. Even f**king Mohurinio would struggle! FACT
2. Our current midfield even when all fit is not top six quality and if we do not add to it we are unlikely to go up no matter who is the manager. FACT
3. If we sack Worthy we will have a lot less money to invest in a midfield in January. FACT
4. Worthy does not have a history of arguing with his Board whereas some of the other managerial candidates being suggested do. FACT
5. Worthy?s managerial record here is the best we?ve had for a long time. FACT
6. Worthy has the experience of getting a team promoted out of this division. FACT
7. Its difficult to encourage players to move to Norwich down to location and peoples? perception of Norfolk being a bunch of inbred farmers. FACT
8. Worthy has made some decent signings (Ashton, Hucks) and tends to be better at identifying suitable players with a pricetag. His cheaper signings have been poorer. FACT
9. Worthy has raised the ambitions of the fans of this club and is coming under fire for a result of his earlier success compared to his failings now. FACT
10. If you were Delia or Michael, and had saved this club from near ruin and seen the successes under Worthy you would probably give him more time. FACT
