nio, just sick to death of the job I have. It's making me ill

so I took a week off to get away from it and to try and get away from it permanently. We took a new director about 18 mumfs ago and he seems to despise any semblance or organisation, and prefers to have everyone just rushing around bumping into things. It's maddening.
