they get a brand new 60000 seat ground without paying market price for it. In commerce you would not spend 600 million on a building and then rent it out for ?2m a year, you would want say minimum 4% retrun which is ?24m a year. I bet Arsenal are not happy, they had to pay full market price for their 60000 stadium putting the club intio massive debt.
