I am surprised Lefties actually think this is a good thing.

I mean, it looks like robbery to me. I wouldn't be surprised if depositors in many southern European states start a run on the banks, as people rightly choose under the bed as a safer way to keep their money. And yielding 6.75-9.9% more than the banks.
