Will cost ?50 but could be worth if if they find a loop hole.... or citizens advice is free....

Sadly dont think you are entitled to keep it but what you can negotiate is how you pay it back, ie set amount a month over x amount of months - still not bad as it will have been like a tax/interest free loan.

Ie, if your bank accidently credited your account by say ?10,000 and you spent it, you'd still have to pay it back eventually.
