Even if you are devoid of confidence and playing poorly, I've always believed you need to make up for it in other ways, like commitment, aggression and fight. If you can't even do that, then you have no right at the end of the week to pick up your pay packet.

I don't care if Jarratt doesn't like the manager. He still has a responsibility to make an effort on the pitch. That's his job.
