Fact is, it just isn't great fun in training, they are behind the manager cos they don't want to see a fellow pro sacked in his job, but deep down they aren't behind his ideas at all. They think he's gone just as much as we do. To make they're lives easier monday to friday, its easier to tolerate your boss rather than criticise him
