but how can you be so certain?

I was just thinking of the parallels with Man Utd. They're going through a poor patch, Keane blasts the players (correctly in my opinion) but Ferguson hasn't lost their dressing room, or so I believe. So why are they playing so badly? It's not because too many of their players are a bunch of overpaid primma donnas is it - like ours?
