Marks and comments on players today
Green 7 - Feel so sorry for him playing behind that pile of s**t every week, seeing his England chances suffer because of it.
Colin 5 - Why get rid of Eddy?
Docs 7 - Only bright point at the mo, solid again.
Dav 6 - Average, but better than most
Drury 5 - Where is the real Adam Drury. Can't attack for s**t and lost the ability to defend aswell.
McVeigh 5 - No impact but at least he worked the keeper once!
Jarrett 4 - Awful. No talent, no fight, no heart. No thanks.
Brennan 4 - As bad as JJ, but then again he is a left back.
Hucks 5 - Lost it, a shadow of his former glorys.
Hendo 6 - He tried, but is the sort of player who needs to be playin in a good team. And he's still far too lightweight.
Ashton 5 - Seems to be tryin but looks so out of form. Cant time his jumps when he goes to head the ball and looks a million miles from the player of old.
Subs:
Thorne 6 - Did ok but got no match fitness so why didn't get get a runout in the reserves in midweek?
Rossi 5 - Was never going to be able to make an impact.
Today was awful. We are unable to defend as a team, the midfield is non exsistent and totally devoid of any creativity and we dont look like scoring in a thousand years. The 2 goals we've 'scored' in the last 5 games have been o.g's and this is just gettin beyond a joke.
I'm not happy with NW obviously, but think the players need to be taking a long, hard look at themselves aswell.
Changing manager is not going to bring immediate success. If Worthy can't get anything out of them, despite still having the dressing room, we're in serious trouble....
