Poor chap.

Last year we had a 30 year old lad called Grant Holt score a few goals in the Prem who'd barely played more than one season above League One level. Didn't seem to affect him too much.

Ricky Lambert is 30 and has only played 1 and a half seasons above League One but is the top English goal scorer in the league.

You have no idea about this guy so don't try and claim he can't possibly be any good.
