I think Adm means he likes him as a person

based on his interviews, he comes across as a really nice guy. Sadly that is something that is increasingly rare in the world of football.

You are probabaly right, in that he won't set the world on fire; however, he has a truly amazing life story, and may just bring much needed energy to the dressing room, for the 2nd half of the season, at a minimum.
