maybe another 500-1000 seats

If tickets go on general sale for games like Spurs then it might be pretty close to ideal.

As I said below increasing the size of the ground to 35Kwould discourage some ST holders from getting one because they knew they could probably get tickets for the big games.

Im thinking if we had a temp stand in front of the hotel that could seat 500-1000 then that might be ideal capacity.
