Ryan Bennett

To early to write him off. He had a terrible game against luton and the step up to the Prem is a massive leap. He is, however, only 22, quite young for a CB. I think he has most of the assets required and when his decision making becomes better he has the potential to be very decent.

I think Howson can be good but has no role in the current system.

Barnett, Jackson, Fox, Morison, Tierney, Surman are squad players and the team will be weaker when they play. It takes a few years for promoted teams to replace all these type of players.
