I dunno about 'slower than last year' but you have a point otherwise

Hoots is completely stuck in his system, and is sending out players to fit it rather than making use of their talents. Jacko as a lone striker, for instance; Benno on the left. This was fine when it was working, but is alarming now that it isn't.

I said recently that anyone coming to Carra looking for a point can probably get it; and I know this looks like aftertiming but I said to the lads at work this week that I thought we might lose yesterday, if Luton scored first. I'm not claiming credit for a prediction, I'm dismayed that my worst case scenario actually happened.

A team portrays the personality of its manager and its strikeforce. We're cautious, possibly even dithery, and our forward(s) look frustrated and barely potent. Hoots got the praise for the good run. he has to take the criticism for the unthreatening limp displays we've seen a few times since. Get a new plan, Chris.
