Perhaps I'd better explain...

Any wrathers do the Park Run at Eaton Park on a Saturday? As part of the Olympic legacy I started the 5K run (waddle) last Autumn and my daughters bought me a lycra outfit at Christmas. I look fantastic and its enhanced my performance no end.(Leaving the stout old ladies in my wake now). Only snag is my new outfit is playing havoc with my nipples. Still tender and its Wednesday.

Thought wrathers might have the answer?
