Had plenty of guinea pig in Peru last time I was there

tasty stuff, probably not much different to rat.
It is a bit offputting to see its bared teeth on your plate as the skin shrinks after cooking.
I'm informed though that they serve it whole to prove to the customer that it isn't rat.
