A reason could be...

I have more than one tab or window open in Firefox that are both showing Flash videos then I find that one or both crashes.

Try having just one window or tab open that is showing flash, or try it in a different browser.

Also go to the Adobe website to test to see if flash is working OK or whether the problem is just Youtube.
