I think he has done an excellent job but it might not be enough to save him.

The Villa fans are not looking at the big picture.

He is trying to build a young squad for the future.

He can only begin to re-shape the team by shuffling the huge earners out the door (Given, Bent, Ireland ect ect)

He has been asked all season why he hasnt played players like bent and Given.........how did they do tonight?
