No I'm not but

If every man who ever groped a woman in a club or at a party was arrested then frankly most of the male population (and indeed one could say the sane about women groping men) would have criminal records. It us also clearly an offence at the more minor end of the scale and therefore one has to question if it is justified to start making arrests 30 or 40 years later, especially as I simply don't see how it's possible to prove these offences.
