I thought McVeigh was poor

he did one flashy bit of control (he HAS got good technique) but we didn't really create anything once he was on the pitch and I didn't think he was really in the game. Hendo looked lively for 20 minutes and then disappreared altogether. Jarrett looked pretty good allowing for his rustiness - he looked as though he was trying to do the things a central midfielder should i.e. looked like he actually belongs in the position (unusual for us!). Couldn't describe anyone as having a really good game to be honest, but fortunately Cardiff were REALLY bad (Plymouth bad)
