Remember Chris Sutton, Bellamy, Eadie, O'Neil, Akinbiyi, Cureton, Broughton, Adrian Coote !!!! - I think the average Academy success per year across football is between one and two per yearly intake (excluding clubs that buy their academy students like Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea. Worth noting the stars came prior to the ludicrous travelling time restrictions.
