I heard the solicitor on R4 Today this morning.
Immediate reaction to his statements about "we have already tracked all the tweets" was "bollocks you have".
Do do that would require court orders to get private information from a) Twitter and b) ISPs. Which would take a lot longer than the what? week to ten days it's actually been.
A lot of bluster there, and hope that it sounds intimidating enough to fool people.
