There just has to be a greater desire to win - not by abandoning the caution (though a hint of tactical flexibility would be nice) but at least bringing on fresh attacking legs and ideas before the 85th minute. And how Pilkington stayed on for 90 minutes is just baffling - he, and others, need to be shown that they will be replaced.
