To be fair it took Turner quite a while to get the mistakes out of his system

but he's playing well now, even better than Bassong who is starting to look a bit lackadaisical at times.

Like I said before, I'll give players credit when they're playing well for NCFC and will give fair criticism when they aren't up to par.

Over recent weeks players like Ruddy, Turner, Tettey and Hoolahan (although not today) have been excellent. Holt, Pilkington, Bassong and Whittaker not so much.

The main thing is that Hughton is keeping the team working as a whole despite changes in individual form.
