Not so much about Hughton's way, more about the individual perfromances

which many of were lacking greatly today.

We had chances to win the game but didn't take them, that's not on Hughton but the players that lacked the composure to score.

The defense was solid as a unit (again, credit to Hughton for that) but there were still too many individual mistakes being made that should have punished.

I'm happy with how Hughton has us set up at the moment, just not the attitudes of many of our players.
