Every club has their traditional way of playing. For example, when Swansea lost Martinez they brought in Rodgers who played the same style. When Rodgers left they have gone for a similar style from Laudrup.
When Pulis eventually leaves Stoke, how many managers out there are going to go to Stoke to play that rugby style? They would have to change the clubs whole mentality.
