Torres was fouled

Evans lunged in, didn't get the ball, made it impossible for Torres to just keep running unimpeded.

Easy for a ref to get wrong though. That's why there should be scope for retrospective punishment for players who dive. Would take pressure off ref to have to wave a card then and there. And would mean more people would get punished for diving.
