Update...

Wife and kids went away yesterday for the week so I wonder if someone thought the house might be empty.

It is raining, the doors and windows are locked, and I have now made it obvious that someone is in the house.

Earlier today I noticed that a neighbour (not the NC player) had kindly put my bin out this morning and later put it back. I guess it could have been him checking to see that my house was OK, but then he would have knocked on the door. Ummmmm.
