Not much happens in 20 seconds.

Today, when Garrido nearly took down Bent in our area, less than 15 seconds later we'd had a shot, and won a corner.

We haven't got the technology to do what you want it to do.

What sort of incident do you refer? Tackles inside the box? Handballs? What about tackles on the edge of the box? Think of the pressure referees would be out under to refer more and more things?

Who calls for a review? Can a defending team call for a review? They'd use that to break up play.

If only a ref can call for a review, what happens if he doesn't see it?

These are just a few things off the top of my head that means, in my opinion, it just culd not possibly work.
