Worthy was great for me...

...until he stayed a season too long and the club were spineless, but probably broke too, in getting rid of him...

I don't buy all that it was boring and he was lucky - it was anything but when he:

a) Stabilised the team from relegation
b) Unbelievably got us to the play offs
c) Won us the league in one of my favourite Nodge seasons ever

What was not good was the Prem season where we went backwards, however, I would argue it was a far tougher league back then and we were a naive outfit...
