which is lucky 'cos otherwise we'd be certain for the drop, given current form.

But we are where we are because we have a poor squad. There's a strange tendency on here to exaggerate the abilities of our players just because they've failed in the premiership. Anyone reading this who'd never seen us would think Safri was Steven Gerrard and Drury was Ashley Cole.

Our best players aren't that good (and at least two of them will presumably go in Jan) and the rest are mostly rubbish. I do think people need to recognise that we're not at the bottom end of the table just because of Worthy's tactical failings - we're there because of the players he's brought in, too. And the new manager's going to be stuck with them.
