Jim, that sometimes it pays to actually give something back to the fans. Let's face it, supermarkets use a similar ploy to keep us coming to gorge on their BOGOFs.
It is a great opportunity to engender a feelgood factor instead of taking yet another chance to profiteer.
You never know, beat Spuds with a last minute fluke and the club might wake up given another home draw.
Or, more likely, they won't.
